What is the browser, Make sure that you have installed latest version of the flash player if you are sitting on an old browser/OS.

If you are indeed using an old OS, you need to update to Windows 7 or 10 because the Flash Player is a known security risk and is no longer being updated to plug the holes --- effectively it's dead. Latest OS with latest web browsers don't need Flash Player for YouTube video playback.
