LOL! A real Harrier jet would NOT cost 100K. This story is obviously a hoax. I work on real aircraft for the USAF...and right now I'm working on old C-21s (1980's Lear jets). Old C-130's have small boxes in the flight deck worth a quarter million. Heck, I'm guessing that even if the Harrier were headed for the Boneyard it would be worth more than that.

If you search around (click here) you will soon discover that a decommissioned (non-flying/workable, aka over its rated flying time) Harrier that is used for "parts" is worth about a million. There's no way this kid was going to buy a working jet for 1/10th of that. Poor journalism - obviously no credible sources.

"yeah how can a 7 year old pull this.. bullshit"

I built my first computer in 1994 when I was about 9 years old. At that point I had already been configuring my config.sys and autoexec.bat files for optimal extended memory use for a couple years in order to get games like Gunship 2000 and Falcon 3.0 working. Trust me, if a kid wants to play a game, he'll learn whatever he needs to in order to do it.
