I've been through more than a dozen fixes and nothing works. How can i fix error 18 in your phone not connecting to Galaxy s10 from win 10?

I have updated my win 10 when this issue started, no more updates available and have looked for the latest "my phone" release no updates. The Galaxy s10 is on automatic updates and i checked its up to date. "My phone app" came preinstalled in win 10. And wifi is up to date also. With "my phone app" I have done repair, uninstall, reinstall, turned wifi off and on, turned airplane mode off and on, disabled battery saver rebooted the phone and the laptop. Still sometimes it works, most times i get an error message 18, one error 41, and recently error 53. There are no bangs in device manager but i also uninstalled the driver and reinstalled with the same result. I have exhausted the internet with all the "fixes" i can find.
