Your thoughts on Acer Aspire 5753z

I'm on a budget of £400 and saw this laptop on Tesco Direct. It has 3gb DDR2 RAM, 250gb HDD and a Core 2 Duo CPU. I would be using it for general everyday use and may be some games (not at high settings obv.) would it be able to handle them?
