I don't get why you would get both? People say to make a gaming channel to get a mic and headset but i don't get it tbh. Like doesn't the headset have a mic so why would you get it plz explain.

youll have to spend a lot of money to get a good mic included with a gaming headset. a lot of people make the mistake of going with condenser mics though, over a directional. live, directional floors condenser, but other way around after you start editing the audio and cleaning it. condenser also pick up more noise than directional, so honestly, you get what you pay for. low end is low end. avoid headsets if mic quality is important to you. get a decent pair of headphones + a mic, cost less, better audio in ears, and to other people's ears.
