Youtube doesnt play 1080p

Hello.
Basically when im with old drivers that came with the Laptop CD it doesnt stutter or drop frames on 1080p
but when i use the newer(2013) driver it drops frames alot and its really laggy
Do you guys know what i can do

Laptop: MSI CR630
CPU: AMD PHENOM III P840 x3 cores
GPU: ATI MOBILITY RADEON 4270

You are using the wrong driver. The MOBILITY RADEON 4270 is unfortunately saddled under the legacy drivers which ended with a beta driver in 4/29/2013 . Trying to use anything newer is not supported.
