YouTube keeps lagging

Hello I have a problem in the YouTube app that it keeps lagging in some videos and it's pretty annoying sense the voice doesn't match the picture and lags how ever when I turn off the app completely and turn it back on it doesn't lag untill I open a few videos and repeat the process, please give me a specific answer because each answer has a different solution.

Btw my phone is HTC and I find that the YouTube problem is only in the HTC devices.

It's a phone and they don't have the sufficient memory to process video from the Net. They may also not have the right kind of connection to give you proper access to the Net.
