Hello . i want to put a music track in some video before i upload it on my channel, i know youtube gonna flagged it for copyright , my question is if buying Premium will allow my video to stay with this music track?

You would need to check the Premium services, but it's not likely even that will allow you to use music you don't own. Just find some open source free music to use, or buy a cheap collection of tracks.
