Youtube Render Quality

What i dont get is how some people with the same specs as me get way better quality on Youtube with the same render settings.
I got an Intel Core i7 4790k CPU / Gigabyte GTX 960 4gb GPU / 8 gb RAM and when i record a video ( with Mirilis Action ) and i render it to upload it to youtube it looks so pixelated at some parts when i use the same render settings as some other Youtubers where their videos look so nice and non pixelated..
If anyone can help me with that i would really appreciate it.

If you are letting Youtube render your videos and your captures look fine then I would suggest you render your videos yourself and then upload the finished product.

Im rendering my videos with Sony Vegas pro 13, the video quality is really good after the render but it just gets worst and when i upload it to youtube
