Can't use a Root file management App to use with my self card

Not sure what you are asking, what is "my self card"? What are you trying to do with the phone? Are you trying to activate it with your SIM card or something like that?

Not self card but SD card, I am trying to move photos taken on the cell phone to the SD card. I downloaded
the app ES file explore to help me but it now says the phone needs to be rooted but this phones can not be
Rooted.

OK, now things are understandable. You don't need anything fancy to mess with the files, just hook up the phone to the computer, you should see two or maybe three drive letters for it. One is the internal storage, another should be the SD card. Move your files to the SD card then. While you are at it, make backups of your files to the computer.
