There’s nothing more irritating than having to restart your game of Candy Crush Saga because of freezing issues. If you’re having trouble playing Candy Crush Saga without the game freezing during play, follow the simple steps below.
Step 1:
Go to the Apple App Store and make sure you have the latest version of the game downloaded. Apple will alert you if there are updates to your Candy Crush Saga game that are available to download.
Step 2:
Reconnect with the game via Facebook at least once every day if you are still having trouble with game freezes. Just open the Facebook app, click on the navigation menu, and scroll to the Apps section. Click on Candy Crush to reconnect.
Step 3:
Try uninstalling and then re-installing the Facebook app if your game is still freezing up. If you’re using an Android phone, go to Settings and open the application manager. Click on Facebook and then click on Uninstall. Simply enter the Google Play Store and re-download the Facebook app when you’re ready.
Step 4:
Click and hold the Facebook app icon if you’re using an iPhone or an iPad. Click on the small ‘x’ button. Click on Delete, and you’re done. To reinstall, go to the iTunes App Store and download the app again.
