Step 1
Restart the 'Device'
The user needs to first check the established network connection. So, you will have to restart the connection. The foremost step would turn off your device be it computer or the mobile device. You have to remove the plug from the router or modem and later plug it after some time. This will lead to the resetting of the modem.
Step 2
Restore default 'ISP' settings
You need to restore to the default ISP settings. To do this, press the ‘Windows’ sign, then enter in the ‘cmd’ after which right-click the ‘Command Prompt’ choice and select the ‘Run as administrator’.
Step 3
Type in the 'command'
Now, in the command prompt type ‘ipconfig/all’ to view the list of ipconfig details.

Connect the 'Network'
The user can now try connecting the computer directly to the modem without the router through the ethernet cable. The ethernet cable is extended from the desktop or the laptop’s point directly to the modem.
