Network connectivity problems and bad information are the
two main causes of Error Nw-4-7. It affects multiple devices, and for Blu-ray
players forces the user to find alternative streaming options. The fixes below
work with old and new devices no matter what version of Netflix they’re
running.
Sign Out Of The App
Signing out gets rid of any bad data that keeps syncing to
the Netflix servers. When you log in again, it will download uncorrupted
information that gets rid of Error NW-4-7.
1. On the Netflix homescreen select Settings.

2. Choose to Sign Out. Make sure to confirm it by selecting
Yes.

3. Sign back into the account with your current credentials.
Netflix is now operational.

Restart The Internet
Restarting the internet will interrupt the download and
syncing of any device currently on the network. Make sure that any connected
device is finished with its operations before attempting this fix.
1. Turn off and unplug the device.

2. Unplug the modem and router. Wait one minute.

3. Plug the devices back in using this order; modem, router
and then blu-ray player.

4. Wait for the modem and router to finish their boot up
sequence.

5. Turn on the blu-ray player and the Netflix error should
now be gone.

Improve The Wireless Signal
Obstructions and a weak wireless signal prevents the app
from connecting properly. Improving the wireless signal is all about removing
any interference related to the connection.
1. Turn off the device.

2. Move the wireless modem or router as close as possible.

3. Turn on the device and try to connect to Netflix again.
