To get rid of Error TVQ-ST-103, users can mess with the
power or internet settings of a Blu-ray system. Because of the differences in
Blu-ray players, there are two available network fixes for the error.

Restart The Device

A restart is a quick way to get Netflix working without
dealing with network components. For this particular error it is effective
enough to be worth it for old or new models of the player.

1. Turn off the power and wait one minute.

Restart The Internet

This fix temporarily knocks off any device connected to your
network. It will also get rid of any irregularities in the connection that
prevents Netflix from operating.

Connect The Device To A Modem

A direct connection is needed to get past settings on the
router that prevent Netflix from connecting to its servers. If you tend to have
a lot of DNS errors, then this is the best fix to try.

1. Turn off the Blu-ray player.
