There are limited choices when dealing with Error UI-122 on
Smart TV’s. Because of that, it is important to follow the steps carefully for
each fix below. Both fixes are network related so should attack the core issues
of the Netflix error.

Restart The Home Network

Any device that is currently connected to the internet will
get knocked off until the modem/router is back online. Make sure to only
attempt this fix when connected devices are not transmitting data or syncing.
An internet restart gets rid of the connection problems with the Netflix app.

1. Turn off the Smart TV.

Connect The Television Directly To The Modem

If the router is an issue, a direct connection to the modem
will override bad settings. Try this fix as a temporary move if your router is
preventing the Smart TV from connecting to Netflix servers.

1. Turn off the Smart TV.
