Reinstalling a Purchased App After Deleting It

If you deleted an app that you purchased from the App Store and want it back, you won't have to pay for it again. You can reinstall the app with a process similar to buying it the first time.

The App Store keeps your purchase history, it automatically knows that you have already paid for the product, and you are trying to reinstall it back on your device.

The steps below will guide you through the process of reinstalling a purchased item from the Apple App Store after you have deleted it from your device:

    ■Switch on your iPhone by pressing the Sleep/Wake button.
    ■To unlock the device, swipe your finger towards right on the screen (screen with the slide to unlock text).

    ■From the Home screen, tap App Store.

    ■Once the App Store opens up, tap Updates from the bottom-right corner.

    ■On the opened Updates window, tap Purchased from the top.

    ■On the next window, ensure that you are on the Not on This iPhone tab.
    ■From the available apps list, locate and tap the down-arrow icon representing the desired app to start the downloading and installation process.

    ■Once the app is reinstalled, you can start using the app on your iOS device normally.
