Hi, First Make sure you have the latest version of whatssup and google play updated since this was a recent feature Its very straightforward go to whattsup and in the menu go to settings.. then Chats.. .from there open chat backup and tap on 'back up on google drive' and take daily back up...

check the wubwoofer bottom .. if the pads are in place and if it balances
