I can connect with my tablet and my phone, and I can't connect the settings, it says No Connection Please check your internet conn.....

It says it limited connection but it's like I wasn't even conected. So no, I can't connect to any web page. EDIT: my internet has been like this for a month now, i thought it would come back but it didn't. Right now I'm using my tablet and it's working fine, I even tried disconecting my tablet...
