At that price point, the best you can probably get is GT 750M as a GPU but what you might be able find more common is a laptop with a GT 740M. I dont recommend spending the full budget on GT 630M/730M laptop, either look for a GT 750M or GT 740M (GDDR5 version) or try to save up for them
