Thank you. Yes to both questions. I just tried to download a different app from the store on phone. Like the first app, it says its installed but when I go to use it...it says no eligible device for install.....so I am very confused. I am older and dont understand a lot about phones but do know...

Android /Samsung Galaxy J7 app is ....hangouts. I have gmail on laptop and hangouts on laptop. I can access my gmail on my phone...but I cant get the hangout app to open.......I get message saying no eligible devices for app install
