What i want to do is edit contacts, group them merge dupicates etc. Rather than typing them in the phone id rather use the PC to manage them all. Something like this, but didnt know what suggestions others had. http://www.syncios.com/features.html

Im looking for suggestions on the best Contact Manager I can use on my PC to manage my phone contacts. Be nice if it also had an app for my android tablet as well, but PC management is most important.
