To be honest, I wouldn't recommend any of the 3 in your list for any intense PC gaming. Minecraft and parry's mod will work perfectly fine, just if your planning on future gaming on different games, it may work but low FPS, and lag. I agree with @morgilroka. Intel I5 is Great for light gaming.
