If you are comfortable enough taking apart your laptop, then look for frayed cables within the case somewhere. Does this happen in other locations(Ie: Try kitchen and bedrooms, also college or work etc)? This isn't normal although some people have experienced the same issue.

Have you checked the boot menu in BIOS?

The fans are designed to be a lifetime component, so it's hard to say exactly by how much they would last in this situation, but I would say you shouldn't have to worry about it. It's also very abnormal to replace fans.

Have you checked the temps (Ie: with "Speccy", available from piriform.com)? Also have you checked RAM and HDD usage?

Have you tried hooking it up to a TV with HDMI and using the screen toggle buttons?

Sounds like the GPU driver, try re-installing it. I have heard of these types of glitches happening in some games. Might also be worth listing the games in case it's a game related issue with the driver.
