Hello , i just got my new laptop today the battery was completly down then i recharged it for the first time then i noticed that the battery stuck at 00.02 percent or 00.01 i tried to remove and reinstall it but didnt work The power led light is blinking and the charging led light is on...

thx for the replay's , i just did some research about them again and found that all laptops except lenovo 500 is 4 cell battery and they are made of plastic and i honestly didn't like the design of lenovo and keyboard at all + only 1 USB 3.0 so i just compared G500 vs dell 3521 they are same...
