i think i must have set it up wrong but i have am surppose to have 5.1 surround how ever even when i play audio files that i know for a fact are 5.1 or 7.1 i dont know whether there are specific drivers or software i need to install to get it to work but i didnt get any dvd's or anything with...

so ive set up my 5.1 system n connected everything together but i feel like all the sound is coming from the front 2 speakers but i cant find anywhere to change the sound levels of the speakers

right it is now working the only problem i have is it wont let me configure the speakers in sound manager so i cant get them to work as 5.1 currently their 2.1

yes i can for both of them but i still get no sound, one says its connected via atapi internal connector and the other says rear panel optical jack, if tht helps

right on my audio i now have speakers, l204ws-4, digital audio (s/pdif) and a second digital audio (s/pdif)

installed the lastest driver and nothing has changed

yh i have realtek digital output and realtek digital output(optical but neither will let me configure them my old speakers used to just come up as speakers
