hello i just got my pc updated and running after i nuked from malware. i'm installing my apps and 1 of them is ccleaner, i downloaded ccleaner to see (in my downloads folder) a blank file that's 43kb and has a icon of drive with brush. i did not click on it i deleted it right away. so what...
