clean install win 7, ccleaner downloaded not ccleaner?

hello i just got my pc updated and running after i nuked from malware.

i'm installing my apps and 1 of them is ccleaner,
i downloaded ccleaner to see (in my downloads folder) a blank file that's 43kb

and has a icon of drive with brush. i did not click on it i deleted it right away.
so what happened to ccleaner?

i'm running kaspersky internet security, running a full scan atm

odd the pro trial works but the free ver ccleaner is broke?

CCleaner FREE is working , just set it up this morning.

corrupted download? uhmm how? no threats detected -> kaspersky, do i need to be concerned for virus/ malware?

It can happen , unless they had an issue on their end at the time , but mine worked fine this morning.
