    how do I tern my at&t(byop trackfone) tablit in to a phone ? Without wifi.

    Hi I have a at&t g pad 7.0 lte. It dosnt come with text and phone dialer. Also for some reasion I also cant brows the internet. I might not have the data setings setup right. Any 1 know of any apps that will let me make phone call's and texting out of wifi area ?
