how do I tern my at&t(byop trackfone) tablit in to a phone ? Without wifi.

Hi

I have a at&t g pad 7.0 lte. It dosnt come with text and phone dialer.

Also for some reasion I also cant brows the internet. I might not have the data setings setup right.

Any 1 know of any apps that will let me make phone call's and texting out of wifi area ?

If it isnt a phone, you cant make it one with software.

You can install apps to get rough equivalents, but understand these work over data. There is no way to enable actual cellular calls and texting on a device that is not intended for them. If you are having issues with data, you are best to contact your cellular provider to assist. However, with neither wifi nor working data, there is no way to do this.

As to making an analogue, perhaps an app like TextMe would work. They give a free North American phone number and I believe free texting as well over wifi/data, and the only catch to retain your number is a certain amount of use in a period.
