S4 is due out in Feb/March if you can wait. Otherwise the iPhone 5 will probably be a better phone than the S3 but if you don't like ios then you can get good deals on S3 at moment.

I went for the Tiamat and am very impressed. They are quite easy to get hold of in the UK. Better for gaming than my Sennheiser PC360s which my little boy managed to break.
