Thanks Nine for your answer. It was a Virgin phone that I had ordered but did not like so cancelled but received the things about Settings in a email. I had mucked about with the phone but had not set any Settings just Contacts, Email & couple Apps, so just reset it to Factory & sent today 5/5...

I have to return phone and Virgin have said "some phones come with extra security like "find my iPhone & Reactivation lock" and these settings have to be turned off b4 sending back to virgin. How do I do this, I thought could just put back to factory setting??? Can u help
