Shutting Settings Off

I have to return phone and Virgin have said "some phones come with extra security like "find my iPhone & Reactivation lock" and these settings have to be turned off b4 sending back to virgin. How do I do this, I thought could just put back to factory setting??? Can u help

Those settings are setup in your account with iTunes if it's an iPhone, or through your Virgin account. Did you already ask Virgin support about this?

Thanks Nine for your answer. It was a Virgin phone that I had ordered but did not like so cancelled but received the things about Settings in a email. I had mucked about with the phone but had not set any Settings just Contacts, Email & couple Apps, so just reset it to Factory & sent today 5/5. Just hope they don't send it back saying I‘be mucked up their phone. Anyway ta for assist 🙂 Glynn-2.
