Apple to Improve Security Following Celeb Selfie Thefts

Notifying people when their data is changed/accessed is great and everything, but that wouldn't have prevented the data from leaking.

Just Touching a Laptop Can Reveal Secret Data

This an update of an old trick. Reminds me of seeing what is on a CRT screen from behind a wall by scanning the EM waves generated by the monitor.

Simpsons World Will Stream Every Episode Ever

The Simpsons is ok, but there are so many funnier cartoons. While Venture Bros and Archer are not as good as they used to be, they are better than the Simpsons and Family Guy. My new favourite is Rick and Morty, which is hilarious.

The Best Online-Original TV Shows 2014

@infernocy, Rick and Morty is an amazing and hilarious show. There are so many great, adult oriented cartoons that have come out over the past few years, but this one is definitely my favourite. Let's hope that Season 2 is just as good.

Google on Glass Backlash: 'Messy' But Worth It

Google Glass is just the evolution of the cell phone. People will get over their knee-jerk fears and it will become yet another device difficult to live without. Once future versions (and competitors) come out with full field augmented reality, this will drastically change how we view the...

UK Cinemas Ban Google Glass in Theatres

This is a little ridiculous. Smartphones are allowed in theatres. In fact, for at least the past year they've had a pre-movie game (Timeplay) that comes on the screen before the previews that you need to play on your phone. Then there are reminders to turn off your phone before the movie...

Google Glass Updated with More RAM, Improved Battery

Tech like this is, in my opinion, exactly where technology is heading. Once augmented reality really gets going these are going to difficult to live without. Obviously the first few generations are going to be a bit rough and I'm not convinced that voice commands are the best way to go...

Full Android Smartwatch Could Replace Your Phone

I still don't really see the point. I'd rather have a phone in my pocket than a watch on my wrist. Maybe if a company came out with a Pipboy....

War Games: DARPA Adds Oculus Rift Support to Cyberwar

This sounds a little far fetched and they have probably been watching too many movies. However, this does sounds like a way better use of defense funds than the majority of other projects.

Samsung's Next Smartwatch May Work as a Standalone Phone

Smartwatches just don't do it for me. For a phone I want a screen that I can actually use for apps. And if I have a standalone phone then why do I need a smartwatch? I still think the future of wearable tech is in augmented reality (e.g. Google Glass).

One Journalist Wants Refund for Google Glass

    1) Eye Contact People won't think you are lying, they'll assume you are looking at Glass. At least until they make it invisible, which the author seems to expect. 2) Voice recognition. This is a fair criticism, though I haven't heard it from many others. Considering that the product is still...
