How do I get into my bios? I have the ASUS M5A97 motherboard. On computer launch I press the delete key and I get into the "windows boot manager" screen and not my bios. Any help would be appreciated thank you!

Still doesn't work guys, I tried the sony vegas 13 trial and the video was NOT slowed down but I tried some more free programs such as blender and the video is slowed.
