Getting into bios

How do I get into my bios? I have the ASUS M5A97 motherboard. On computer launch I press the delete key and I get into the "windows boot manager" screen and not my bios.

Any help would be appreciated thank you!

I don't remember what F key it is, but it will say on the boot screen (where the Asus logo appears) at the bottom what key to press.

No asus screen appears just a black screen then the normal windows normal boot screen
