Thank you for your reply but I don't understand how I'm supposed to do that without being able to get past the load screen. I'm not tech savy at all so I apologize for my ignorance, but my laptop just restarts over and over and wont go past the Acer screen. Is there a way to do another restore...

I had to do a system restore on it and now it just restarts over and over sometimes a screen will come up saying that its at %64 done reinstalling windows 10 but restarts again allmost as fast as it came up
