My Acer Aspire R3 wont get past the Acer load screen.

I had to do a system restore on it and now it just restarts over and over sometimes a screen will come up saying that its at %64 done reinstalling windows 10 but restarts again allmost as fast as it came up

Hi,

Try to wait for couple of minutes more and see if it will finish installing Windows 10 if it will still not work, do create a bootable Windows 10 USB or disc and use it to install Windows 10.

Thank you for your reply but I don't understand how I'm supposed to do that without being able to get past the load screen. I'm not tech savy at all so I apologize for my ignorance, but my laptop just restarts over and over and wont go past the Acer screen. Is there a way to do another restore by hitting f12 or some other button after i turn it on? the whole problem started when i originally did the restore, it go to a point where it said that the comp was shut down wrong, so i did some research and it told me to pull up the command prompt and change something from a 1 to a 3. i did that and it seemed to be working then the windows install screen got to %64 then restarted. now that's where I'm at now
