    Interestingly both Amazon AND Best Buy had it listed as expandable RAM. I pointed it out and hopefully they will fix their descriptions..my husbands solution? Give him this one and buy myself another one! Ummmmmm, no...no room in the budget for that!

    Thanks for the answers. It gets even better, I finally got ahold of Asus online chat, and they agree it is not expandable...but the user manual says it is....I am an old COBOL programmer...am I just missing something here...

    Asus X540SA internet connection

    My new Asus will also randomly drop from the internet. I am running AT&T Uverse router, wirelessly...router is fine, but I have to restart to be able to reconnect. Windows troubleshooter can never find anything wrong...
