We dont have a landline to phone them sadly. It does connect to smartphones, tablets etc, but my laptop works on other wifis, just not this address.

Mine and my partners laptop will not connect to the wifi via our laptops, they both work via LAN. I've tried roobting and reseting, not an expert tho, any ideas ? With Virgin Media and have a super hub.
