Companies have already done things like this like Razer with their new "Razer Core" (connection through thunderbolt) and Dell with the same thing just cheaper. It would be a lot easier and cheaper to buy a product manufactured by a trusted company than to make it yourself. Sincerely, Joshua Grullon

Personally, I would go with dell due to their long lasting capabilities (typing this on a 6 year old dell laptop that works flawlessly) and its two year warranty. They both seem to have around equal specs. I'd say, its up to you. Sincerely, Joshua Grullon

If you hold down the function key (fn) on the bottom left of your keyboard then press (ONCE) PrtScr (print screen), it should toggle the wifi adapter. This works with most all Toshiba laptops unless you modified it somehow. Tell me if it works, Joshua Grullon
