Solved! Toshiba Satellite L70-b Question

Recently my laptop died in a sense. The fan for the laptop (l70-b) stopped working and cannot heat the processor anymore. Then the motherboard broke. Long story short i'm trying to find a fix. However, I just have a small question today. Is the processor saudered to the motherboard for this laptop. I can give the specs and the model number if you need it. Any help would be appreciate it.

Specs:
i7-4710HQ
8GB of DDR3
Just integrated Graphics.
Windows 10 Pro 64bit.

According to Passmark, that processor uses a BGA socket (soldered).
