    If you know your serial key there should be websites that would allow you to download a copy with a legal key.

    Linux on budget

    Used on Ebay (Ive Had Several never an issue if you buy from a good seller) perfect for mobile Linux Machines, Linux is pretty light even the full featured versions, make sure the CPU is of the Core 2 Generation or Better with at-least 2GB of RAM, should be more than enough for those needs.

    Ill use whatever is required, if i can boot it and install from USB though id prefer it, and TY, it about time somone answered, im guessing not many exclusively run linux on Macbooks. Main reason i dont like Apple OSes is its too "restricted" and ass backward to me.
