    The only 13" size laptops that support proper gaming on Newegg is Dell's Alienware builds and the $1200 one doesn't even have an SSD installed. I'm afraid that if want a laptop with a good graphics card and i7 CPU that's actually worth the price then you're better off looking at 15.6" laptops...

    8" or 10" tablet?

    It all depends on what size you prefer and for what purpose you're going to use it. An 8 inch tablet is better for carrying around more frequently and a 10 inch tablet is better for home use and watching movies on, while not carrying it around as much. Or that's how I reason at least ;)
