So I just installed a new hard drive and now my laptop just has a black screen when I hit the power button. I have tried to swap the old hard drive but it does the same thing. I checked all my connections and reseated the RAM and connectors but no luck.. I really hope I didn't fry anything...

I just purchased an extended battery, original was 6 cell, the new one is 9 cell. I was wondering if I need to do any kind of battery calibration on my Laptop or will it be fine? For the battery life meter that is.

I refuse to get a Chrome OS system. The program I use is not supported and most likely will not be.

Its called FlashProManager it is more of a tuning/diagnostic OBDII thing. Very low req. I found one at best buy that was $249, it was running well with a touch screen. Just figured I would ask before spending the cash on it.

I was wondering if my Asus G50Vt-x1 laptop needs my Nvidia 9800.. Stupid question but the computer is only needed for a garage for pulling trouble codes off of cars and the laptop gets VERY hot. and horrible battery.
