You may have an unknown undetectable virus that could be very dangerous, if you have precious items on your hard drive, take them out, and reinstall windows immediately. You can see a techie in your town/city who could possibly remove them for you if you want to pay some money.

No point going for a gaming laptop if you're doing general work to be honest. You will save a lot of money going cheaper.
