I am still having this issue. Do you have any ideas for how I might diagnose and fix this issue? I think it is a software problem because the keyboard seems to take input (characters) without printing it to the screen, and then upon USB event all those characters are printed at once

Not sure what you mean by this. I think it is clearly a software issue, since the keyboard works to open the bios. Also, having the keyboard working on a separate OS running off a USB would not fix my problem. I need to keyboard to be functional with Windows 10. Can you tell me what I can do...
