So my AMD A10 can't be overclocked?

I don't get it. When I take it lower then 19x I can't put it back up. I just put it down to 18x and tried to put it back to 19x, but it kept going back to 18x. Why is that?

I've tried but it still doesn't work. I went from just 19x to 22x but it still resets back to 19x.

I'm trying to overclock my AMD A10 processor, but I'm having some issues witht the AMD Overdrive program. Every time I change the multiplier from 19x to 28x and click "apply" It resets back to 19x. I know it can be overclocked from 1.9ghz to 3.2ghz as it states here >...

I can play BF4 campaign on medium/high settings on 1600*900 and the game runs pretty good, at around 25-35 fps, which is good for me. But, when I play multiplayer I only get 18 fps. Any ways to increase the fps? Also if anyone has any suggestions for other games that I can play please tell me...
