It's because you can't overclock an Intel iGPU unless you do it from the bios and have a k-series chip, which it looks like you don't. Don't even bother overclocking the CPU graphics if it's in a laptop, it will most likely thermal throttle if you do anyways.

If there is an option in the game to select it do that, or see if you can change the audio device (by clicking on the speaker icon in the bottom right and selecting it, assuming you're on Windows 10). If all else fails you can just go into sound properties and temporarily disable the TV speakers.

Whoever told you Java is a virus is retarded. Minecraft was coded in java, and it requires the Java runtime to be able to play. I'm pretty sure Minecraft now downloads it for you, but If you need to download it manually just make sure you get the x64 version of the latest release.

It shouldn't be a problem with your hard drive. Do you have it plugged in when this happens or unplugged? You should try installing the latest drivers for your GPU and see if that fixes it.

I'm not sure if you said you were monitoring your CPU, but if you aren't, you should. Download MSI Afterburner select only the temperature and CPU clock settings and watch it while you're playing. If the temps get too high or the clock speed randomly drops, you're CPU is throttling.
