Any way to force install 6.0 Marshmallow on an old Android?

I have an old Droid Razr M and it is running android 4.4. I was wanting to use it for a music player/drone remote/etc., but I want to upgrade it to a newer version of android for obvious reasons. Is there any way I could force install a new version of android (preferably 6.0), even though it isn't supported?

Also I don't care if I have to factory reset it, I already have my files off of it.

I have successfully rooted it, how do I put a new version on it?
