No worries, just thought I'd throw that out there as for about $200 more you will get nearly twice the GPU performance with the 1060 over the 970m.

It's an M.2 . I have one with a 980m, don't expect to be able to upgrade your GPU beyond a 980m as MSi reneged on the promise to upgrade to pascal. I would recommend saving a little bit more and getting one with at least a 1060 imo.

What are you talking about? MX (GDDR5) versions of lower end-mainstream mobile GPUs (920m, 930m, 940m) were recently released to fit the low end-mainstream SKUs (920MX, 930MX, 940MX). Doubt there will be any Pascal parts anytime soon, if at all falling into that category for mobile. No real info...
